Added Is Site Down?

Hi everyone. There's a new uptime buddy in the Maddox Labs lineup: Is Site Down?

It's a straightforward status checker: enter a URL and get a real answer on whether the site is up, how long it took to respond, and what HTTP status came back.

Highlights:
