The following terms are required for use of this service:

• Minimum of 1 hour charge for all visits
• Partial hours are charged per minute with no rounding to next hour
• If I can't fix the problem, you won't be charged for the time on that issue. This doesn't apply to training
• All payments must be paid at end of visit. Paypal payments don't need to clear, but they must be submitted.
